Scott brings more than 16 years of experience launching products across mobile, web, desktop, and SMS platforms to Mobile Posse; as CTO, Scott will leverage his expertise in balancing market demand and technology innovation with engineering priorities to deliver products and communications ahead of the curve for the company as it continues to add carriers and advertisers to its extensive portfolio. During his 12-year tenure at AOL, Scott served as a software engineer, Director of Technology and most recently, Vice President of Engineering for Messaging (AIM) and Social Networks, managing a global team of more than 100 developers, quality assurance engineers and operations personnel.

At AOL, Scott helped create the first social network enabling more than 10+ million users to communicate across multiple platforms and delivered social network aggregation and syndication, integrating services like Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn. He also managed international teams across America, Israel, India and the United Kingdom for AOL, established an agile organization-wide development process and oversaw all engineering and operations.
