Mobile Posse Augments the Team with Two Executive Hires

Industry Veterans, Bill Jennings and David Collier, Join Mobile Posse’s Management Team as the Company Focuses on Strategic Growth

McLean, VA, May 13, 2008 — Mobile Posse, Inc., a leading provider of idle screen delivery solutions for mobile content and advertising, today announced the appointment of Bill Jennings as Chief Revenue Officer and David Collier as Chief Finance Officer. As Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Jennings will lead the advertising sales efforts for Mobile Posse, leveraging more than 20 years of media sales management experience. In his new role at Mobile Posse as Chief Finance Officer, Mr. Collier will be responsible for the company's financial and accounting functions, including investor relations.

Prior to joining Mobile Posse, Jennings served as Chief Revenue Officer for Vitrue, a leading provider of user-generated content-based advertising solutions for brands. In that role he built a sales team that concentrated on the top agencies and brands including Arby’s, Chick-fil-A, MTV, P&G, Fox, Moe’s Burritos and many others. Mr. Jennings was previously Chief Revenue Officer for Lightningcast, where he launched the InStream Ad Network for the company, which became the leading broadband video network prior to its sale to AOL in May, 2006. Under Mr. Jenning’s leadership, the InStream Network grew to over 200 million streams per month across 150 high quality sites and attracted top tier advertisers. Earlier Jennings was VP New Media at A&E Television Networks where he led a team that built interactive ad programs for the A&E, The History Channel, and Biography Networks.

Prior to joining Mobile Posse, Collier served as the lead financial officer for kajeet, a company founded to provide mobile services to tweens and their families. As a part of the initial management team, Mr. Collier was responsible for creating and managing the business model that served as the foundation for the company’s venture financing efforts that resulted in over $64M of Series A and Series B financing. He initiated and managed the financial processes and controls of the company, drove business operations initiatives as the company became operational, and took on responsibility for HR and legal issues as the company evolved. Prior to kajeet, Mr. Collier was a part of the start-up management team that founded USinternetworking, a leading Application Service Provider (ASP) providing hosted enterprise software applications to businesses. While at USi, he created and managed the business model as part of financing efforts, managed key financial metrics for the company and led sales operations and other customer-facing initiatives for the company. Prior to his tenure at USi, Mr. Collier served as the CFO of PICO, a start-up organization that provided wireless LAN devices in the U.S. Mr. Collier was responsible for all financial aspects of managing the business, including cash management, financial controls, and establishing financial processes.
