Peugot Reveals a Glimpse into the Future of Self-Driving Vehicles

The new Instinct Concept car being made by Peugot offers us a glimpse into the future of self-driving vehicles. The Instinct Concept features the best of both worlds with "Drive" and "Autonomous" vehicle settings. On board technology syncs with the user's personal devices, allowing the concept to learn lifestyle preferences of the driver. For example, the car can read data from a smartwatch and tell when a driver has been to the gym, thus configuring its settings to make the drive home slow and steady. Cameras in each of the car's LED headlights scan the road ahead and communicate with the driver assistance systems. On the inside, its Responsive I-Cockpit reacts between Drive and Autonomous modes. While in Autonomous mode, the compact steering wheel and gas pedal hold inside the car to maximize speed and comfort. The Instinct Concept is as technically sophisticated as it aesthetically beautiful.
