Sept. 18 (UPI) -- A collision between two tractor-trailers on a New Jersey highway resulted in a real-life Candy Crush when bags and boxes of M&M's candy covered the roadway.
The Knowlton Township Fire and Rescue Co. said on social media that a tractor-trailer on westbound Interstate 80 rear-ended another tractor-trailer that was parked on the shoulder.
Neither driver was injured and both declined to be examined by EMS personnel.
The crash caused both vehicles' box trailers to burst, and one spilled its load of M&M's chocolate candies across the roadway.
A portion of the road was shut down for nearly two hours while the wreckage and spilled candy packages were cleared from the scene.
