Our Sages keep us feeling reflective – by uncovering valuable insights or teaching team members things they didn’t even know about themselves. Their vast knowledge makes them ideal candidates for being the wise character in movies who gives advice on mountaintops.

The Hero

Our Heroes encourage us that where there’s a will there’s a way – to not only make the smartphone smarter, but to save Mobile Posse employees from overloading on cold brew. Their undeniable bravery is further influenced by rewatching Marvel movies in their free time, specifically Iron Man.

The Innocent

Our Innocents leave us feeling pure and positive – by remaining optimistic in the face of any challenge and never “forgetting” to restock the snack shelves. Their quirky lightheartedness forces us to picture the Innocents frolicing in sunflower fields during their time off.

The Jester

Our Jesters know how to make us happy – which often entails breaking the ice in meetings, or hosting scooter races in the office. Their endless comedic efforts lead us to believe they received the Class Clown superlative in high school.

The Magician

Our Magicians keep our Posse dreaming big – whether that is finding solutions in the mobile world or winning an impromptu shuffleboard tournament. Their boundless imagination has us guessing they’re regulars at Disney World.

The Lover

Our Lovers inspire us to maintain healthy relationships in every aspect of our lives – whether that is with our toughest work endeavors or with the pinball machine when we can’t beat the high score. Their abundant kindness often appoints them as an unpaid therapist to friends, family, and strangers.

The Rebel

Our Rebels remind us that some rules are meant to be broken – by implementing groundbreaking ideas or taking the occasional long lunch break. Their defiant mindsets leave us worried on the weekends, but – knock on wood – they always make it back in one piece.

The Citizen

Our Citizens emit a contagious down-to-earth vibe – by always going with the flow and happily participating in our wacky dress-code theme days. Their solid virtues make them ideal next door neighbors and trustworthy significant others, if you were wondering.

The Creator

Our creators are always expanding our outlooks – by fearlessly changing the game of technology or whipping up a new creation in the office kitchen. Their artistic minds are their best tool at Mobile Posse and at those trendy wine painting parties.

Marc Gallant

DIRECTOR OF YIELD MANAGEMENT

Marc has been part of our Posse since 2016 and serves as Director of Yield Management. He’s is a resident jester and shows that by instigating on slack.

Marc’s key responsibility is making revenue explode upwards on a daily basis. He also is responsible for maintaining our advertising demand partner relationships and overseeing all aspects of Ad Operations.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was keeping old school companies profitable as best as possible as a Senior Manager at Gannett and AOL. As someone who has always been passionate, Marc started his career as an ad agency account manager after getting his degree at James Madison University.

Sam Taute

CONTENT MANAGER

Sam has been part of our posse since 2018 and serves as content manager. He’s a resident #Explorer, and shows that by maximizing the value of the Posse’s content inventory.

Sam’s key responsibility is keeping users happy with a steady diet of stackable content. He is also responsible for configuring the Posse’s content management system and tracking engagement dashboards.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was deep in the world of news curation at SmartBrief, Inc. As someone who has always been a creative problem solver, he started his career as an editorial assistant after graduating from the University of Maryland at College Park.

When not playing ping pong at the Posse, Sam is training to run a marathon.

Arty Rivera

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT DESIGN

Arty has been part of our Posse since August 2018 and serves as the Director of Product Design. He’s is a resident #Explorer which he shows through his leadership in adopting a Design System-based workflow across Design, Product, Engineering and QA — the first of its kind at the company.

Arty’s key responsibility is to bring consistency, clarity, and delight, both to the people who use our products, as well as to the people who make them. He also is responsible for growing and professionally nurturing his small but mighty team of UX designers and researchers.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was leading process and UX changes in-house at Capital One Consumer Bank, and championing UX and human-centered design at 3Pillar Global with clients ranging from Cisco, Synchronoss and CARFAX, including leading a complete responsive redesign of the myCARFAX web app. As someone who has always cared about making a difference in people’s lived experiences, particularly in the realm of product and service design, Arty started his career as a UI designer at the Washington Post after getting his degree at Stanford University.

When not filling up whiteboard after whiteboard at the Posse, Arty is singing out loud and proud as part of the Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington DC.

Viktoriya Danshin

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Viktoriya has been a part of our Posse overall for 4 years (used to work here back in the day for 2 years then came back) . She is a resident #Creator and shows that by setting up and implementing best practice approach and strategies for overall Quality of product/processes/services.

Viktoriya’s key responsibility is influence software development process, qa strategies and supporting tools to achieve desirable quality, efficiency, and agility as well as to reduce the risk of quality issues.

Prior to Mobile Posse, she was managing QA processes in the healthcare industry, helping people to maintain their health and lifestyle through high quality and performance apps. As someone who has always been Creative and Passionate, Viktoriya started her career as a QA Analyst/Web designer after finishing her degree at KIMEP University.

When not working on creative and innovative solutions at the Posse, Viktoriya is doing artsy stuff with her two kids.

Jennifer Camden-Chau

DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE

Jennifer has been part of our Posse since December 2018 and serves as Director, People & Culture. She is a resident #Hero and shows that by ensuring nothing stops her small-but-mighty team from achieving their goals.

Jennifer’s key responsibility is attracting and retaining the best, most engaged talent in the land. She is also responsible for driving the culture, employee communication, total rewards, talent development, and the employee environment.

Prior to Mobile Posse, she was partnering with business leaders and creating learning and development platforms at Surescripts, CoStar Group, Tower Bridge International, and DeVry University. As someone who has always been Strategic, Driven, and Decisive, Jennifer’s entire career (outside a couple summers detassling corn in Nebraska) has been in HR. She holds an undergraduate degree in Speech Communication from the University of Nebraska and later earned a Master of Human Resource Management.

When not representing ‘proper topper Thursday’ at the Posse, Jennifer is spending as much time as possible outdoors (without ever forgetting her sunscreen).

Sean Schofield

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Sean has been part of our Posse since 2019 and serves as Director of Engineering. He’s is a resident #Creator and shows that by building amazing prototypes to inspire his fellow engineers.

Sean’s key responsibility is to help the engineering team build amazing applications using the latest and greatest AWS technology. He also is responsible for managing the engineering team, coordinating with the product team and mentoring junior developers.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was building an all-star technical team as VP of Engineering at First Data, CEO at Spree Commerce, and as a founder at Rails Dog. As someone who has always been curious about human behavior, Sean started his career as an analyst at the Congressional Budget Office after getting his economics degree at Penn State University.

When not playing foosball with the Posse, Sean can usually be found somewhere outdoors taking pictures of wildlife.

Ameer M

DevOps ENGINEERING MANAGER

Ameer has been part of our Posse since 2015 and serves as Manager of Technical Operations. He is a resident #Explorer and shows that by curiosity in solving complex technical problems.

Ameer’s key responsibility is managing the company’s cloud infrastructure. He also is responsible for DevOps engineering, and IT Operations.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was helping non-profit organizations and associations achieve their digital presence goals by providing a wide range of IT infrastructure and secure hosting services, employing cutting edge technologies. As someone who has always been willing to learn new skills to design solutions and solve complex challenges, Ameer started his career as a systems administrator after cutting his teeth in digital media.

When not immersing himself into troubleshooting – or trouble-making- at the Posse, Ameer is spending his time with his kids or geeking out with fellow technologists.

Nicole Breedlove

DIRECTOR OF SUCCESS

Nicky has been part of our Posse since January 2017 and serves as the Director of our Success team. She’s a resident #Jester and shows that by bringing humor to the most mundane situations.

Nicky’s key responsibility is supporting and growing our partnerships with carriers and OEMs. She does this by setting the vision and executing on engagements to make our partners successful with the Firstly Mobile platform.

Prior to Mobile Posse, she was disrupting federal sector business intelligence with big data technology. As someone passionate about supporting local business, she started her career in business development at an organization with a mission to secure economic freedom for entrepreneurs.

When not serving clients at the Posse, Nicky is hanging out with her husband and daughter, cooking, and petting every dog she sees.

Elena Bazimirova

PROGRAM MANAGER

Elena Bazimirova has been part of our Posse since 2018 and serves as Program Manager. She is a resident #Magician and shows that by constantly finding and implementing ways for the engineering organization to be efficient.

Elena’s key responsibility is to remove friction in the execution, to enhance productivity through clear simple processes, to provide guidance, clarity and communication to allow people in the organization do their job the best and reach company goals.

Prior to Mobile Posse, she was leading program management efforts to develop and deliver SaaS software at Parature, cloud-based applications and acquisition projects at Microsoft. As someone who has always been customer-oriented, empathic, passionate about finding new solutions and innovations, Elena started her career as a Quality Engineer after getting her BS degree in Russia.

When not collaborating with teams on new ideas to improve execution at the Posse, Elena is fond of spending time with her family, playing tennis, exploring art exhibitions and cheering for the Caps.

Eric Newman

VP, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Eric has been part of our Posse since 2006 and serves as VP of R&D. He’s is our resident #Tinkerer and shows that by hacking the arcade machine periodically.

Eric’s key responsibility is exploring the latest technologies, and finding ways of getting them to work on our mobile devices. He also is responsible for tracking relevant spells, and incantations.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was Director of New Technology Development at Redgate Communications, and VP of Publishing at AOL, helping create the infrastructure to bring all sorts of wild and crazy content ideas online. As someone who has always been passionate about technology, Eric started his career as an engineer in the space program working on space shuttles.

When not optimizing mobile experiences at the Posse, Eric can be found gigging around the local area with his band(s).

Kevin McGuire

SVP, PRODUCT

Kevin McGuire has been part of our Posse since 2015 and serves as VP Product. He is a resident #Explorer and shows that by building our strategic roadmap for how we enhance and evolve the Firstly Mobile platform.

Kevin’s key responsibility is delighting our tens of millions of active users, and ensuring our products create lasting value for our users and partners. He is also responsible for Product Strategy, Product Design, and Product Management.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was leading mobile and SaaS product teams and businesses at Mobidia and Adenyo. As someone been creative and innovative Kevin has also held Product Marketing roles at Microsoft, Newbridge Networks,, and co-founded the mobile workforce enablement platform Pronto Forms, after getting his degree at McGill University.

When not shipping product enhancements at the Posse, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and getting lost in exploring recommendations on Spotify and Kindle.

Steve Sincavage

SVP, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Steve has been part of our Posse since 2012 and serves as our Chief
Financial Officer. He is a resident #Caregiver and shows that by
safeguarding our assets.

Steve’s key responsibility is managing the Company’s finances. He also is
responsible for overseeing the finance, accounting, legal and
administrative matters for the Company.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was guiding companies from their early stages
through significant growth periods as the Chief Financial Officer at
Rivermine, Vice President of Finance at Fine Point Technologies, and the
Controller at POMS. As someone who has always been passionate about
numbers, Steve started his career as an auditor after getting his accounting
degree at George Mason University.

When not raising capital or tinkering with financial models at the Posse,
Steve is going on adventures with his wife and three little girls, playing
hockey or watching the Capitals.

Adrian Velthuis

SVP, CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Adrian Velthuis has been part of our Posse since April Fools Day, 2016 and serves as our Chief Revenue Officer. He’s a resident #Alchemist and demonstrates that by turning billions of monthly mobile ad requests into pure gold.

Adrian’s key responsibility is best characterized as “unclogging the pipes” so that advertising demand can flow to our inventory and advertisers achieve the ROI that they seek. His team is tireless in ensuring ad and content quality so that tens of millions of monthly users have positive mobile content experiences.

Prior to Mobile Posse, Adrian has taken on pioneering roles in the Mobile Industry, including launching new businesses at Advertising.com, Verizon WIreless, and Millennial Media. As someone defined by a desire to turn ideas into profitable solutions, Adrian started his career consulting after somehow managing to get his degree at Johns Hopkins University.

When not repairing the coffee machine at the Posse, Adrian spends his time keeping up with his three teenage children.

Steven McCord

SVP, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Steven has been part of our Posse since 2018 and serves as Chief Technology Officer. He is our resident #Explorer and shows that by leading a fantastic group of technologists through problem-solving voyage.

Steven’s key responsibility is building all of the awesome innovations we desire in the business. He also loves getting everyone in the company excited about technology so everyone in the company can be mini-technologists in their own right!

Prior to Mobile Posse, he has been leading various product development and technology efforts as the CTO and Founder of ICX Media and SVP of Product and Technology at Millennial Media. As someone who has always been an innovator and learning sponge, Steven started his career in Product Development at Verizon after getting his degree at George Mason and Virginia Tech.

When not problem solving at the Posse, Steven is usually trying to keep up with his 2 year old, sneak in a soccer game, at the pool, or on the slopes.

Greg Wester

SVP, CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Greg has been part of our Posse since 2011 and serves as Chief Marketing Officer. A recovering engineer, Greg is a resident #Sage and shows that as he leads our overall marketing and thought leadership efforts.

Greg’s key responsibility is growing awareness and excitement about our solutions and how they add value for consumers and telecom players. He’s got an insatiable desire to tell stories and loves a good audience.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was orchestrating sales, marketing and PR initiatives as COO of VoodooVox, Founder of Soapbox Marketing, and VP at Organic Online. Always pursuing a right/left brain Kaizen, he started his career building interactive television prototypes at GTE after putting down his textbooks at Cornell and Harvard Universities.

When not preaching at the Posse, Greg can be found in his mancave listening to Coltrane, enjoying Brooklyn with his family, or trying to hone the perfect inside-out topspin forehand.

Kevin Grant

SVP, DISTRIBUTION

Kevin G. has been part of our Posse since 2018 and serves as our VP of sales. He is a resident #Innocent and shows that by instilling optimism and faith with our internal team and partners alike in our product.

Kevin’s key responsibility is signing up new telecom partners, managing our customer success team and coordinating with our product team on slick new ideas. He’s also globetrotting to exciting places like Barcelona, Vegas, and Des Moines to entertain our cool clients.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was building the TV business by putting MobiTV on feature phones – minus the loading friction – and helping Apple monetize their App Store in far away places. As someone who has always been a passionate and natural smooth talker, Kevin started his career in telephone sales at AT&T after getting his degree at University of California-Santa Barbara.

When not strategically coordinating happy hours at the Posse, Kevin is hanging with his cool, athletic boys and lovely wife.

Brian Dengler

SVP, GENERAL COUNSEL AND CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Brian Dengler has been part of our Posse as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer since May 2018 and has provided legal representation for the company for over 12 years. He is a resident #Hero and shows that by dedicating his efforts and skills to serve others.

Brian’s key responsibilities include serving as the chief legal advisor for the company, managing risks and meeting the business needs of Mobile Posse so that it can serve its customers and users effectively. He also is responsible for staying on top of emerging developments in law and technology dealing with mobile platforms, advertising, media, data security and privacy.

Prior to Mobile Posse, he was on the cutting edge of drafting and promoting progressive laws that make ecommerce and online businesses possible today. Prior to launching his legal career, Brian had a successful career as a newspaper, radio and TV journalist. He won an EMMY in 1981.

Off duty, Brian enjoys jogging, learning new skills such as coding, and playing his “dog house” (a double bass) for his church’s music ministry.

Jon Jackson

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jon created our Posse in 2005 and serves as our CEO and founder. He is our resident #Rebel and shows that by coming up with out-of-the-box ways to disrupt industriesc

Jon’s key responsibility is crafting our revolutionary mission and vision to help make telecom companies major mobile media leaders. He is also responsible for coming up with big ideas and running the company.

Prior to founding Mobile Posse, he was gaining interactive advertising expertise by innovating new products as a principal manager at AOL Mobile, the founder of GeolQ, and CTO of Frederator. As someone who has always been forward-looking and decisive, Jon started his career as a senior manager after getting his degree at George Mason.

When not appreciating high speed cars or racking up high scores on pinball, Jon might be found watching the Crimson Tide put up high scores against its gridiron competition.
