This SoHo penthouse residence is sure to leave you in awe. The 7,000-foot abode on Lafayette Street sits at the top of Manhattan’s famous Puck Building. The most luxurious of the building’s six penthouses overlook that oh-so-famous New York skyline, providing some stunning views.

Continue on for a closer look.

This palatial penthouse residence contains six bedrooms, a double-sized living room, chef’s kitchen, three fireplaces, a wine cellar and a private terrace area. With enough luxury for a whole family, this penthouse leaves nothing to chance as it exudes elegance from every room.

The home’s full chef’s kitchen was designed with gorgeous marble countertops and wooden cabinets. It features a gargantuan island in the middle, complete with two sinks and a view of the private terrace.

A collection of common areas were incorporated into the 7,241 square feet of floor space. A double-sized living room would surely provide anyone with the space they need. Just in case it doesn't, there are two outdoor sitting areas, a smaller sitting room with a fireplace and a home theater. There’s also a wine cellar with double doors that open to a full wall of storage.

The master suite of this marvelous penthouse is a sight to behold. Featuring custom designs throughout, the 7-room suite contains two bathrooms, two large dressing rooms and its own sitting room with a fireplace.

The entire penthouse was designed in great detail by Joe Ramirez. The luxurious palace was priced at a shocking $66 million and currently serves as a rental. According to Curbed, a tenant in 2017 was paying a whopping $150,000 in rent.
